40% advance to confirm the date · 30% one week before the event · balance on delivery.
Delivery Timeline
Teaser within 7–10 days · full film and edited photographs within 45–60 days.
Data Handling
Client to provide a minimum 2 TB hard drive for final delivery. Storage beyond this is at client's cost.
Editing Scope
Photographs are colour-corrected and selectively retouched — not individually magazine-level retouched.
Cancellation
The booking advance is non-refundable as the date is blocked exclusively.
